This is how I get free music.

You copy the link from a youtube video to the thing, and download it.
Then it goes to your documents, and you just drag the file to itunes.

I use a program called "Groovedown" which pretty much does the same but it downloads from a music streaming site I use called Grooveshark which is pretty useful, Might give that a try.
