Just a few small updates I did.

-You will now be automatically added to the "members" user group upon joining, regardless of post count.

-A portal has been added, this allows you to see top posters, new posts, and new announcements.

-Veteran Applications have been removed; your veteran rank will be automatically given to you upon receiving 100 posts.

-A few minor issues have been resolved.

-Amber2012 and Smile have been given their rightful staff positions as owner and co-owner of the forums.
