And I will demote you if you disrespect MY members.

If I see a report on a staff member abusing their powers or disrespecting someone, you'll probably be warned once, demoted the second, banned the third.

Members will be warned twice, banned the third.

This is OUR forums but I will not stand for dis-respectfulness in the community.

I'd rather get rid of the ones that are starting it early than deal with it later on. So please, tempt me.
